1. Cleaning plaques that accumulate
The best way to clean the plaque is by brushing your teeth regularly . You should brush your teeth twice a day ( after meals and at bedtime ) . Most dentists will recommend that you use dental floss regularly as well .
2. Avoid sugary snacks and drinks
This is the kind of food and drink which reacts with the plaque on your teeth to cause acid . By avoiding sugary foods and drinks , the formation of cavities can be avoided .
